二十一世紀的地球上,膠無處不在。膠不單是人類眾多必需品的原材料,日常飲食中人們亦吞下很多膠,我們變得越來越“膠”!

當年為環保而發明的膠袋,今天包着一個個鼻孔、被膠索帶修身到有小蠻腰的海龜、軍艦鳥餵膠袋哽死幼鳥的畫面歷歷在目⋯包裝用發泡膠在汪洋大海上支離破碎,成為大大小小的“浮板”⋯成為大自然的一部份!都是人類統治地球嘅印記!

怎麼辦?還是“面面俱圓寂”?

建構富足生活同時產生的這份咎由自取的窒息感應該怎樣梳理,如何融入生活,展望將來,同時又能浪漫地擁抱當下?

《水與膠融》為一原創純音樂概念組曲,由電子爵士到當代古典,糅合多種音樂風格。於謝徵燊的環保劇場設計中,馮逸山(單簧管)、李梓禾(鍵琴)、馮晟晞(低音大提琴)及李駿銚(鼓)帶領聽眾潛入水乳交融的音樂世界盡情作樂,擁抱各種聽來似不可能的可能性。

誠意邀請大家一起潛入這段“水與膠融”,既樂在其中卻又驚奇四伏的音樂旅程!

節目由香港藝術發展局資助。門票由十月日七起於城市售票網開賣,座位先到先得,不設劃位。

Plastic is omnipresent! The paradox of various plastic tools invented for sustainability and environmental protection that have become an imminent hazard threatening livelihoods of our own is a loud alarm.

What can we do? What kind of “Plastic Surgery” does our planet need? 

Snorkelling in Plastic is a theatrical concert that reflects on inevitabilities brought by contradictions of mankind’s cultural progression and existential challenges. Through this set of original music in various contemporary styles, the audience is going to snorkel through reefs of contradicting emotions which not only reflect on a planetary perspective, but also on the social and personal levels. In Mousey’s provoking scenography, Linus (clarinet), Bowen (keys), Nelson (bass) and Dean (drums) are going to romantically embrace various possibilities that seem impossible, seize the present day and try not to suffocate themselves with too much plastic-inspired music.

Bowen Li

Keys

李梓⽲為鋼琴家和作曲家,畢業於倫敦聖三⼀⾳樂學院,主修爵⼠樂表演及作曲。2018年回港後積極成立不同藝術團體,包括翻騰三周半、翻騰合唱部落及Looppool,亦常與無極樂團、瞬樂團、中英劇團等藝團合作,曾參與的節⽬包慶祝⽂化中⽂開幕三⼗年的「爵⼠盛會──傳奇與延續」⾳樂會,⻄九⽂化區⾃由爵⼠⾳樂節,以及瞬間⾳樂節等。其作品曾收錄於⻄九⽂化區Freespace Mixtape Vol. 3,為南豐紗廠「慢⼀天流浪團」創作及錄製三⾸鋼琴獨奏曲,並為香港舞蹈團《最後⼀夜》編寫⾳樂。

Bowen Li is a pianist and composer who graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with a Bachelor of Music in 2018, majoring in jazz performance and composition.

Since returning to Hong Kong, he has founded several music initiatives, including Fountain de Chopin, Fountain Vocal Tribe and Loop_pool, and collaborated with various artists and groups,

such as Wuji Ensemble, Ensemble Transience, Chung Ying Theatre Company and Tsai Ming-liang. He has also performed in music festivals such as Jazz Gala – The Legends and Beyond, Freespace Jazz Fest and Transcience Music Festival.

As a composer, his work has been featured in the Freespace Mixtape Vol. 3, The Last Dance by the Hong Kong Dance Company and at The Mills for A Story of Wandering series.

Nelson Fung

Bass

低⾳⼤提琴⼿馮晟睎擅長古典、爵⼠、驗性⾳樂,活躍於多個爵⼠樂團、⼤樂隊及演唱會演出,並熱衷擴闊⾳樂邊界。

他與友⼈組成的爵⼠樂隊Rootless Voyagers曾受邀在不同活動演出,包括2020年及2021年⻄九⽂化區⾃由爵⼠⾳樂節、康⽂署舉辦的爵⼠樂⾺拉松2019。他亦曾參與雷柏熹爵⼠⼤樂隊的演出。爵⼠樂以外,他也與許多不同界別的⾳樂⼈合作,包括江逸天、岑兒、JB、manvsmachine等。現為⾃由空間樂團成員。

Classical, jazz and experimental double bassist Nelson Fung performs with a range of jazz ensembles, big bands and pop artists and loves to explore musical boundaries.

As co-founder and double bassist with the young jazz ensemble Rootless Voyagers, Fung has performed at a number of festivals, including Freespace Jazz Fest 2020 and 2021, and the 2019 Jazz Marathon presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

He has also played with the Patrick Lui Jazz Orchestra and collaborated with musicians such as Olivier Cong, Yoyo Sham, JB, manvsmachine and many more. Fung is currently a member of Freespace Ensemble.

Dean Li

Drums

李駿銚(Dean Li)15歲開始學習⾳樂,從演奏流⾏曲開始⿎樂⽣涯。⼤學期間欣賞的樂隊表演,啟發他多年來於不同⾳樂風格之間探索,嘗試將⾃⼰的演奏擴展到不同類型。近年活躍於本地流⾏⾳樂及爵⼠樂圈,曾與羅尚正、雷柏熹、關家傑、張⾙芝、李梓⽲、呂奡元、伍卓賢、崔展鴻等藝術家合作。他亦曾與風⾞草劇團、香港話劇團及無極樂團等多個藝團合作演出,還不時與本地流⾏樂單位合作,包括per se、Serrini、C AllStar、孫曉賢、許廷鏗、岑兒等。

Dean Li stared his drumming journey at the age of 15. Beginning with Cantopop, he has since expanded to different genres such as urban folk and jazz. Li has been active in the local scene in recent years, working with renowned artists and groups including Ted Lo, Patrick Lui, Alan Kwan, Joyce Cheung, Bowen Li, Lui Ngao-yuen, Ng Cheuk-yin, Tsui Chin-hung, Windmill Grass Theatre, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre and Wuji Ensemble. He has also worked with local pop artists including per se, Serrini, C AllStar, Kendy Suen, Alfred Hui and Yoyo Sham.

2007 年畢業於香港浸會⼤學⼈⽂學課程,獲⽂學⼠(榮譽)學位;2011 年畢業於香港演 藝學院藝術學⼠(榮譽)學位課程,主修「舞台燈光設計」,獲藝術(榮譽)學⼠學位。 2010 年,獲Strand Lighting (Asia) Ltd. 獎學⾦到法國 Domaine de Boisbuchet 修讀聲⾳ 及空間課程。2011 年憑校內舞蹈作品

《Clique》及《Tea House》獲校內最佳燈光設計。畢業作品《When Leaves Fall》燈光多媒體互動裝置藝術品,獲得 Electronics Theatre Control Ltd. 獎學⾦,赴布拉格舞台設計四年展作交流。

2021年11⽉與蔓延⼯作室另外兩位成員參與「香港國際攝影節2021」,於⼤埔藝術中⼼ ⽩盒舉辦多媒體攝影衛星展覽《臨河穿界》,並與⾳樂⼈崔展鴻,以風景錄像作品《⿊林 ⽩川》參展其中。

2013 年與三位劇場⼯作者創立「眾聲喧嘩」,以總體劇場精神積極參與劇場創作,作品 包括《眾聲喧嘩( )》、《夢幻劇》、《N城紀》、《浮城噪響》、《遺失⻘⿃以後,⽬盲 的眼睛在火光中看⾒⿊夜那⽚____》、《牠和牠和牠的森林》、《只不過是世界末 ⽇》。現為香港演藝學院兼職講師、⾃由⾝舞台燈光設計師及製作經理。

Co-founder of local multimedia theatre group called Heteroglossia. Mousey Tse majored in the Humanities and received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Hong Kong Baptist University. Later he received Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts,

majoring in Theatre Lighting Design. He was awarded Strand Lighting (Asia) Ltd. Scholarship in 2010, following by the Best Lighting Design of HKAPA with dance lighting design works “Clique” & “Tea House”. In 2011, his interactive multimedia project was awarded by Electronics Theatre Control Ltd Scholarship, an exchange opportunity to the Prague Quadrennial was supported hereafter.

He has served as lighting designer and production manager for the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, the Hong Kong Arts Festival, Kingsley Ng Studio, the Hong Kong Repertory, the Hong Kong Dance Company, the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Hong Kong Arts Centre,

On and On Theatre Workshop, Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio, Twoset Violin, Hong Kong Festival Orchestra, RhapsoArts, Singfest, orleanlaiprojects, Artocrite Theater, Ricochet Ensemble, Ho Bit Goon, Radix Troupe, Whole Theatre Limited, Wanchai Theatre, Pants Theatre Production, Theatre Ronin, Class 7A Drama Group and Piece by Piece Theatre, among others.

Currently he is a freelance theatre lighting designer and production manager while serving as part-time lecturer in the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.In 2021, Tse collaborated with Synesthesia and Hong Kong International Photo Festival to host the multi-media exhibition “Lam The River, Tsuen The Border”, in which the music video “⿊林⽩

Sound Design

林頌恒於香港演藝學院取得音響系統設計藝術學士學位,一直活躍於音響工程行業。他創立了新媒體藝術團體NATP和Nocere & Co.,致力在沉浸式空間中探索不同媒介合作的可能性,並專注於視覺和聲音的跨媒體合作,將光與聲音的獨特美學融入沉浸式的表演和藝術裝置當中。曾參與製作包括西九文化區表演藝術處與香港演藝學院舞台及製作藝術學院聯合主辦及製作《TechBox:延展色彩互動學(階段展演)》及《TechBox 2023:旅人與聽者》、PauseRecPlay 2.0 @Clockenflap 2023、《藝術.科技展覽:感官編碼》、《茶館劇場「開心穿粵」》、戲曲中心製作小劇場粵劇獨腳戲《修羅殿》等。近年創辦了Slow Burning Room錄音室,並專注於錄音及混音工作。

Gut Lam graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a BFA in Sound System Design, and currently works in the field of sound engineering. He is a co-founder of new media group NATP and Nocere & Co., a collaboration exploring the boundaries of audio-visual installations in immersive spaces. His work focuses on cross-disciplinary visual and sonic media, elevating the unique aesthetics of light and sound into immersive performances and installations. Lam has participated in a range of productions, including TechBox: Interaction of colour in space (Work-in-progress) and TechBox 2023: The Travellers and The Listeners (Collaboration of Performing Arts Division of West Kowloon Cultural District and the School of Theatre and Entertainment Art of Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts), PauseRecPlay 2.0 (Clockenflap 2023), the Arts•Tech Exhibition Sensory Transcode, Magic Tea House and The Asura Judgement. In recent years, he founded Slow Burning Room recording studio and focused on recording and mixing work.
